AI for Video Rain Detection

I need a machine learning expert skilled in video classification to develop an artificial intelligence model tailored to targeting specific video content. The focus of this project is to analyze visual data from video streams with the aim of classifying if it's raining or not in the given footage.

the scenario.

In my current company
The field workers get rain incentive if they work in rain.so my company have planned to create a ai for this.so the workers will capture the live video and get the rain mode on.but you create the model as uploading the video


The challenging factor is the workers may try to capture fake videos .so the training video should be very strong The thing is it should not tell a fake video as raining.it will lead to financial loss.Like shower ?, Because shower video should trained as not raining.as the field workers may capture the video of shower to get incentive as it to look like raining in training data you will have two dataset those will be raining and another will be not_raining right.in the not_raining dataset add the some fake videos on your own.that's it.you may spend more time in getting fake video dataset from online.

I will provide the training data.and should use python

I will check the model in my phone.so it will be better if I get it as a apk(just for testing and review)

The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong experience with deep learning algorithms.
- Prior work with video classification tasks.
- Ability to analyze visual data from videos.
- Experience with weather-related data analysis, specifically rain detection, is a plus.
