fish detection and tracking project using unsupervised learning

I am looking to develop a fish detection and tracking project using an unsupervised learning approach. The project needs to focus on movement detection, and I am planning to utilize the Mean Shift clustering algorithm. Furthermore, the tracking algorithm to be used is Object Detection and Tracking. I am therefore seeking an experienced and knowledgeable freelancer with advanced skills in unsupervised machine learning, including but not limited to Mean Shift clustering, and also experience in object detection and tracking to develop this project.
