employee annual performance evaluation using Machine learning AND statistics factor association
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer (statistics or data science bachelors degree is a must) to help me with an employee annual performance evaluation project.
The goal of this project is to rank employee performance using machine learning and statistical analysis.
i need to rank who has the best performance to the worst based on the data file attached
the output needs to be a number and it is between 0 to 1 meaning 1 is the highest rate
Data:
- I have both numeric and text data for the employee performance evaluation.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in machine learning and statistical analysis is required.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature selection is necessary.
- Familiarity with various machine learning algorithms and statistical methods is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and interpret both numeric and text data is important.
Methodology:
- As there is no specific method in mind, I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. The freelancer should be able to recommend and implement the most suitable machine learning and statistical methods for this project.
Overall, I am looking for a freelancer who can help me analyze the employee performance data, identify the factors affecting performance, and provide valuable insights using machine learning and statistical techniques.

It shows if the license request type if it is NEW , UPDATE , OR renew

It shows how many days did the employer took to finish the order excluding weekends

Each license in column license type has a classification the license is either
Low or medium or high risk
11- workhours new
It shows how many hours did the employer take to finish order excluding the out of work hours
( work hours 8:00 to 17:10 )
12- kPIs
The license that are low risk they need to be done in 2 days
So this column shows if the order took less or more than 2 days
Meaning if it is more than 2 days the order is late and the employer has a bad record
And it is less or equal 2days or
More than 2 days
The undefined if a license that got canceled and has no KPIs no more
Same goes to medium and high risk they have 3 days…

We have a department and this column classify orders and which departments is responsible for that
