context aware QOE modeling using WEKA Machine learning technique

We did this project for avoiding mobile network loss in emergency times. In 2016 people using 2G phones. Rich people only use 3G mobiles. Normal people face network issues at that time. So I take this project to give the best mobile network using the WEKA machine learning technique. For example accident time, forest area, and other issues can create the mobile network loss to contact people. WEKA machine learning technique finds the solution to provide mobile networks without loss.
