coding an AI chatbot made in Jupyter python notebook

an AI chatbot made in jupyter notebook using python. id doesn't need to be compatible with social media. it just needs to be a simple chatbot prototype that uses training and natural language processing / machine learning to get better at talking to the user. the prototype should be good at answering computer science related questions, and generally improve with each conversation. it only needs to run in a jupyter notebook file. it should also have detailed comments describing what is being done/coded and the methods.
