AI agent for health

I am trying to develop an explainable medical diagnosis conversational agent model, it should be able to diagnose a patient based on their symptoms, and also recommend treatments and also explain the reason for the diagnosis. The model needs to be developed using LLM and llama framework or any openAI frameworks, the models have to be able to communicate both as text and voice.
