YOLOV4-CSP With kalman filter tracker

i want to use a yolov4-csp trained on ms coco to detect incoming cars in consecutive frames. The tracker should give you a warning signal when the incoming object gets bigger and bigger or cross specific lines or both. i want to understand how something like that could be achieved whether we use deepsort or tf.
