Working example of Text to speech training using Tacotron2 in Google Colab

I am looking for a freelancer to create a working example of text-to-speech training using Tacotron2 in Google Colab. I have a dataset that I want to use to train pre-trained AI model (I don't have this model, it can be a public available one). The dataset is in Croatian language which has some special characters (ČŠĆŽĐ); that should keep in mind.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
