WordPress Job Board AI Upgrade

I run an established job board on WordPress and I’m ready to weave AI into its core functions. All three pillars of the platform—job matching and recommendations, automated job postings, plus candidate screening and ranking—need to be driven by intelligent models so visitors instantly see relevant roles and recruiters get the strongest short-lists without extra clicks.

The site already holds rich, well-structured data: user profiles with resumes, every job description ever posted, and a history of applications and outcomes. You’ll be free to choose the stack—TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy or a completely different route—so long as the end result plugs smoothly into WordPress (custom plugin or API layer), scales with traffic, and keeps response times fast.

• AI models or services that power:
– personalised job recommendations to candidates the moment they land or update a profile
– one-click distribution of new vacancies to matching talent pools
– automated scoring and ranking of incoming applications for recruiters
• Clean integration with the existing WordPress theme and job-board plugin (REST hooks or GraphQL welcome).
• Admin controls to tweak thresholds, review logs, and retrain on fresh data.
• Clear documentation and a short hand-over session so my in-house team can monitor performance and retrain when needed.

Acceptance criteria
– Precision and recall benchmarks defined together during kickoff are met on a held-out validation set.
– End-to-end flow from job creation to ranked applicant list runs in under 30 seconds.
– No PII is exposed; GDPR compliance maintained.
