Water Quality ML Classification Model

I'm seeking an expert in Machine Learning models, specifically for classification of water quality samples.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Expertise in Classification ML models, ideally with experience in environmental or water quality projects.
- Able to understand and work with a diverse range of data features, from PH levels, temperature and turbidity, to hardness, alkalinity, conductivity, and an array of chemical properties and physical attributes such as color and odor.
- Experience in working with medium-sized datasets in the range of 1000-10,000 samples.
- Ability to achieve an accuracy of at least 90% in the predictive model.
