Visitor Management Artificial Intelligence (VMAI)

I am looking for a VMAI to register visitors that come into an office to make appointments to see officers.
We will register the details and facial identity of the visitor into the VMAI.
When the person comes again then they will just stand in front of the camera in the security check/reception area and the VMAI will detect their face and display the identity of the person and print a visitor appointment receipt.
VMAI will have the list of the organization’s staff when an appointment is made it will send an email to the officer or the reception will call them for their confirmation.
