Virtual Try-On Model Development

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a virtual try-on model for makeup using machine learning AR technology. This will integrate with my existing native iOS and Android apps.

Requirements:
- Develop a virtual try-on model for rouge, using machine learning and AR technology.
- Provide the tech stack you'll use for implementation.
- Ensure the solution is proprietary and not a subscription to other companies.
- Willing to work on three versions, starting simple with rouge.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in machine learning, particularly in computer vision.
- Proficiency in at least one major ML framework (TensorFlow, ARkit, Face..).
- Experience in AR technology.
- Proven track record in mobile app integration.
