[URGENT] Reinforcement Learning Developer

Objective: Develop a reinforcement learning-based traffic management system. You'll be building the foundation of the project and getting it to a working stage. The project will be trained in a simulation(SUMO) but needs to be implemented on live traffic intersections.

Deadline: ~2 weeks.
