Twitter sentiment analysis

I'm looking for a professional with experience in machine learning and sentiment analysis to help me understand the general sentiment of tweets related to a specific topic. Using machine learning, the sentiment analysis should be able to identify positive, negative and neutral sentiment in various tweets. The goal is to be able to then assess and identify any trends or patterns from the data collected.
