Deliverables: Mobile/web app for submitting tree photos, DBH, canopy, pests, treatments, GPS. Data stored in central DB.
Milestone 3 – DBH & Tree Geometry AI
Deliverables: Train/test model for DBH, canopy width, and height. Field test against ground truth.
