Transformer based model for text classification

I have to match a alphanumeric string with a sentence for similarity, alternating like abc12def3456 of varying length versus a sentence " This sentence has 12 small def starting 03456".
For each sub string match I need to give custom weightage like 3456 match gives 50%, def gives 30%, 12 gives 8%, abc gives 12%.
In the matching, the order must be fixed that is 3456 and 3654 must not be same & 3456 and 33445566 must not match.
Some extra zeros shouldnt drastically reduce score like 3456 and 03456 or 34506 must give good score.
I ll give a sample dataset. Please only bid if you can start working Asap.
