Time series Anomaly Detection

I need help with time series anomaly detection. Specifically, I need to look at very very small and large data sets to detect Anomalies throughout the date range. There are only 2 variables in this model, Time (daily) and count(y-axis).
I want to detect when the count(y value) is not in line with expected values.
I want a chart that shows the expected values, and the anomalies that occur to be outside of that expected value. Please look at the included chart.
