ML Tiger Detection & Classification

I need a machine learning expert to develop a model for detecting tigers and classifying their stripe patterns from a dataset of mixed quality images.

Requirements:
- Detect tigers at various angles
- Classify stripe patterns
- Work with high, low, and mixed quality images

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in computer vision and image processing
- Experience with mixed quality image datasets
- Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
