Tennis algorith for betting

My goal is to design a tennis algorithm that can determine in real time which tennis player should get a wager. It is going to be determined by the data that was collected for each participant. I would like for this data to be published on each game, along with how the players responded following certain situations. I want the software to read the data about this scenariotion and, based on this, on location, on form, and on surface, give me a percentage of how this player used to react on this match before so that I can make decisions based on machine learning. For example, let's say the first set Medvedev is losing is 6:3. I want the software to read the data about this scenarios.
