Supervised ML Classification Expert Needed

I'm in need of a skilled machine learning developer or team who specialises in supervised learning, with a particular emphasis on classification models. My project involves creating a model designed to classify data into specified categories. However, there's a challenge: the initial dataset available is quite small. To overcome this, the model will require continuous training on a monthly basis as more data becomes available.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in supervised learning algorithms, especially those related to classification tasks.
- Experience with incremental learning or techniques suitable for models that will be trained continuously over time.
- Proven experience in developing machine learning systems, with a portfolio of relevant projects. Please note that applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Proficiency in various machine learning techniques, including but not limited to supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Ability to work with limited datasets and apply techniques such as data augmentation or synthetic data generation to enhance model training capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions to improve model accuracy with sparse data.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate closely and discuss the evolving needs of the model.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a supervised learning classification model according to the specified logic.
- Advising on best practices for managing small datasets and continuous model training.
- Regularly updating and retraining the model on a monthly basis with new data to improve accuracy and performance.
- Collaborating with our team to integrate the model into our existing systems and workflows.
