Although I have not decided on the type of sensor data the model needs to analyze or the specific type of structures to focus on, I am interested in a flexible solution that can accommodate varying data types and structures.

Familiarity with different types of sensor data is a plus, but not a strict requirement, as we are still in the early stages of defining project parameters. Ultimately, your role will involve:
