AI Specialist for Recommendation System

I'm searching for an AI engineer who is an expert in developing machine learning algorithms, and is knowledgeable about natural language processing. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Python, Java, and C++. The main goal for this project is to establish a state-of-the-art recommendation system. Therefore, the candidate should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of creating intelligent, machine-learning models which can successfully recommend based on user activity and preference. Demonstrated past experience in successfully creating recommendation systems is highly desirable.
