Ai Software to Generate 3D Elements After Learning from Previous Data

Hi,
I am looking for experienced freelancers and teams who can create a software/plugin that can be used with other 3D software to create 3D elements based on machine learning from previous data.

Just as a fictional example, imagine you have 5 villa types and each type can be used in a specific land type. We feed our previous projects data which includes the villas properties and 3D elements and the lands with their properties into our new software so it knows which villa type can be built on which land type.

Then when we have a new construction project, the software can automatically detect the land type and then suggest the villa type and place it as a 3D model.

They key points here are:
1. Feeding the machine previous 3D models so it can learn what to use in which situation.
2. Be able to analyze new projects and suggest solutions based on the data that have been fed previously.
3. Applying the suggestion as a physical 3D elements using different 3D programs.
