Sleeping stages classification using EEG-EOG signals

One aspect of the project would be to explore EOG(Electrooculogram)and
EEG(Electroencephalography) and research about the different applications on the
subject.
Electro-oculography (EOG) and Electro-encephalography (EEG) and are methods of
electrophysiological monitoring that have potentially fruitful applications in
neuroscience, clinical exploration, the aeronautical industry, and other sectors. These
methods are often the most straightforward way of evaluating brain oscillations and
eye movements, as they use standard laboratory or mobile techniques.
We read around 24-28 research papers and came across a lot of new applications like
Controlling a wheel chair using eye movements, EOG based virtual keyboard,
drowsiness detection, VR/AR applications etc.
The project we finally decided to work on is Sleeping stages classification using
EEG-EOG signals.
