Self-Hosted AI Video Generator

I need to host my own Ai video generation (Like Grok's imagine) on my own GPU server with no limitations .. I will use it privately for my projects only not publicly.. it has to work like imagine and others, I upload a photo and write a text prompt and hit Generate.. and it will generate the high quality mp4 file locally..

open source engines are best but if you think you can suggest better affordable paid modules to use I'm ok with it.. it has to allow everything even what Grok and Veo refuses to do..
