SCOBY Size Measurement via Image Analysis

I need an object detection solution to measure the size of Kombucha cultures (SCOBY). The application will analyze images to detect and measure SCOBYs and calculate the growth rate. Additionally color changes, cloudiness, bubble formation should be analyzed.

Key requirements:
