Remote Sensing Application

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in performing a remote sensing classification project. The project will require the use of both satellite and aerial images with a spatial resolution greater than 5 meters. I am seeking a classification accuracy of 80-90%. The ideal freelancer will have experience in remote sensing, image classification, and data analysis. Additionally, the following skills are preferred:

- Proficiency in remote sensing software such as ENVI, ERDAS, or ArcGIS
- Strong knowledge of image processing techniques
- Experience in statistical analysis and data visualization

The project will involve the following tasks:

- Preprocessing and filtering of remote sensing data
- Image classification using supervised or unsupervised methods
- Validation of classification accuracy using ground truth data
- Reporting and visualization of results
