Reinforcement learning to understand multiverse and the mandela effect -- 2

The project is to develop and prove the concept of the multiverse and the Mandela effect using the reinforcement learning algorithm.

Then write a technical, theoretical, and philosophical research paper using mathematical and physical equations to improve the reinforcement learning algorithm for this purpose.

Attached are some general reference papers that use machine learning, but for this project, I need reinforcement learning.
