Read info from db file, machine learning coding

I have a db file from DB Browser for SQLite. I need to read info from db file and make a code to read this information and give a red flag when is something wrong. I need to be able to connect remotely. Information come from a CNC machine with servo load, name of machine, position of the axis etc.
