Python flask API and Machine Learning Expert
Budget: $15 – $25 USD

Looking for an experienced python expert with expertise in machine learning.
Important, you must be used to "western style" work meaning that you keep a solid schedule, check-in daily, and work in a team setting, not just alone.
Need to know: Python, APIs, GIT, AWS, Flask.
You will need to have a spreadsheet program installed.
We prefer full-time engagements but are open to a minimum of 25 hours a week. A daily overlap of at least several working hours with NYC time zone is necessary. We are seeking candidates for long-term engagements.
Requirements:
• Python
• Web scraping
• Excel
• Excellent understanding of OOP principles and ability to write readable, well-structured code
• Knowledge of building and using RESTful APIs in Python
• GIT (real expertise, not cursory familiarity)
• SQL knowledge and relational database skills (i.e. PostgreSQL, MySQL, or cloud-based SQL)
• Knowledge of data manipulation in Python (pandas, numpy)
• PyCham
• Experience with cloud services from Amazon AWS (EB, S3, EC2), Google, or Microsoft (Azure)
