Prepare data and use it in Machin Learning to predict network traffic

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me prepare existing data I have and use it in machine learning to predict network traffic. The main goal of the prediction is a single prediction. I am open to any approach for the machine learning model. The preferred programming language is Python and I already have data for the project.

The following skills and experience would be ideal for this project:
-machine learning and data analysis
- Experience working with network logs, network packets, and/or network flow data
- Python
-preprocess data for machine learning purposes
- data visualization tools to help interpret the results of the analysis

also, I need to have an explanation of all the steps that will be done and be open to answering any questions that I have about the data and algorithm.
