The end product should be a self-contained, GPU-enabled application that can be deployed and tested in a Docker environment. The project will be executed in two distinct phases:
Phase 1: MVP Development and Local Deployment
- Deliver a fully functional MVP of the image-to-text model.
- Package the model in a Docker container.
- Configure the application for GPU acceleration.
Phase 2: Enhancement Based on Specialist Feedback
- Refine and optimize the MVP based on input from domain specialists and end-users.
