Permaculture Layout ML Algorithm

I'm seeking an experienced machine learning programmer to develop an algorithm that helps users design sustainable plant layouts for permaculture food forests.

The algorithm should take into account the following parameters:
- Plant compatibility
- Water requirements
- Sunlight exposure

Users will provide data in an Excel sheet format, including:
- Total farm area
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Soil pH
- Land contour details (slopes and ups)
- Desired plants

The primary goal of the layout plan should be sustainability, with a secondary focus on plant compatibility.

Ideal skills and experience:
