Partitioning clustering - Machine learning R Studio project

I have started a project that I need some expert help with.

I need someone to help with K-means analysis, CM table, PCA, WSS, BSS, TSS etc. All done in R studio.

I also need help with a written discussion of the performance.

I need this done now.
