Paddle detection layout analysis

I am looking for assistance with a paddle detection layout analysis project. Specifically, I need assistance assessing the performance of existing equipment in an existing layout. I have data associated with this project, but it is only partially complete. This project requires a two-dimensional layout analysis with the goal of identifying risks regarding existing paddling environments, as well as developing recommendations for improved safety.
