Object detection

I am looking for a knowledgeable freelancer to develop a machine learning model with an intended application for image recognition. I already have a raw dataset that has not been cleaned or labeled yet and anticipate that the model we create should be able to achieve an accuracy level of 80-90%. Ideally, the project should take about two weeks to complete and will require creative problem solving and technical skills.
