OCR Implementation on RPI Zero 2W

I'm seeking an AI expert adept at implementing easy OCR on my Raspberry Pi Zero 2W. The task involves detecting printed text on a monitor screen, which will encompass 5-6 specific regions of interest, akin to a dashboard. - TO BE DEVELOPED ON EASY OCR FROM AND INCLUDED ROI/text matching or something that enables us to classify data under the 5/6 labels.

Need pre processing for glares minor movement etc a camera is recording screen every 30 sec -1 minute to process a frame or more.


Check reason for why stock software doesn’t run on pi 2W and then give me solution with cost j timeline.
