Need Neural Networks to complete the time-based project. Must have knowledge of Neural gas algorithm, PCA, Vector Quantisation, Principal Component Analysis , Hierarchical Clustering, K-Nearest Neighbours and Gaussian Processes, Reproducible ML, etc...

This project can only be done via TeamViewer. Before the final project spare 15 min to discuss and answer some initial questions via TeamViewer as well.
