Need ai image search recognition for a app

Hello my name is Luis Laguna I’m from Venezuela I’m looking for a developer to create and add the function “image search” similar to that of amazon. (See attached image)
The option will be added on the top of the apps search bar and the function will work like this.
1.a customer taps on the image search option
2.their camera would open up they will have to scan for a few seconds the item they are looking for
3.the ai compares the scanned item to all the images in our database to pair the custom with the sellers who have the item they are looking for
