The road assistant technician should take photos on site and submit them to the back-end office, our system should verify these photos to check if they follow the requirements from back-office, so to cut down human labor for checking , so the back office can make sure the job is well done.
The checking will be like the following,
1.check if there is a car in the photo
2.check if there is a person and the car in the photo the same time
3.recognize the plate no.
4.recognize the VIN no.
5.check if the car in the photo is clear enough to tell the plate no
6.check if photo angle to the car front is 45degree
7.check if the complete car body can be see in the photo
8.check if the car loaded on the tow truck in the photo .
9.check if the car unloaded from the tow truck in the photo
the qualified developer will be shared with further details , and sample datasets .
