Need to create a automated neural network model - 19/11/2023 17:52 EST

I have a folder that contains approximately 808 files for inputs and outputs. So I need an automated ANN model using Python and TensorFlow that, when trained, can predict the output with input (using Bayesian optimization or Optuna). The data set is split into training, validation, and testing. The input has 138 neurons and the output has four neurons, so basically we can say it is a regression task.
