Need a The most Basic Prototype – AI-powered FRA Atlas + WebGIS DSS (Hackathon/College Project

Job ID: 39777632

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

Description:
I need a bare minimum prototype (not a full-scale product) for the following problem statement:

Problem Statement Title
Development of AI-powered FRA Atlas and WebGIS-based Decision Support System (DSS) for Integrated Monitoring of Forest Rights Act (FRA) Implementation (States: Madhya Pradesh, Tripura, Odisha, Telangana).

Important Notes for Bidders:

This is for a school/college-level project (hackathon/demo style).

I do not need a polished or advanced solution.

Budget is strictly 7–10k INR max (please do not apply if above budget).

Tools/tech stack are flexible – choose whatever fits the budget and allows a working demo.

Deliverables can be mock/demo level (for example: simulated data, dummy satellite images, minimal WebGIS UI).

Please do not treat this like a government contract – I only need a very simple working prototype to present.

Scope for Prototype (Minimum Version):

1.Data Digitization (Basic)

Just a small mock dataset of FRA claims digitized (can be manually input, no need for real OCR).

2.AI/Asset Mapping (Basic)

Use sample/dummy satellite images.

Apply simple ML/CV methods (even pretrained models or mock classification) to detect a few categories like land, forest, water body.

3.WebGIS Integration (Basic)

Simple web map (e.g., Leaflet/Mapbox/OpenLayers) with a few demo layers.

Ability to click/filter basic data.

4.Decision Support System (Basic)

A simple rule-based system with mock logic (for example: if water index < X → suggest Jal Jeevan).

Deliverable:

A basic prototype showing how the system could look and work.

Enough for presentation at school/college hackathon level.

Budget: ₹8,000–₹9,000 (Fixed).
Timeline: 7 days.

Please apply only if you understand this is a minimal MVP/prototype requirement(the bare minimum) and not a production-level build. Can adjust features based on budget and deadline.
