Modification of Python code for geographic profiling model calibration with new distance decay functions

I am looking for a developer with experience in Python and geospatial models to modify and enhance an existing code that calibrates a geographic profiling model. The code is partially advanced, but I need to incorporate new functions that implement distance decay techniques. This will include adjusting parameters and optimizing calculations to improve the model's accuracy.
