ML Modelling

I'm seeking a skilled data scientist with experience in handling structured data to help create a machine learning model. Details of the project is available as an attachment .Data record will shared later on acceptance of proposal .

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust ML model for predicting customer churn based on the available structured data.
- Implement data preprocessing techniques to ensure the data is ready for modeling.
- Evaluate and fine-tune the model to improve its accuracy and reliability.
Graphs and plots to be plotted accordingly

Your proposal should include:
- Relevant past work that demonstrates your expertise in ML modeling,
- A detailed project proposal outlining your approach to developing the model, including the specific techniques and algorithms you plan to use.
- Any relevant experience you have with similar projects or industries.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in data science and machine learning
- Proficiency in handling structured data, particularly in spreadsheet format
- Experience with customer churn prediction models is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
