We have several medical records which are un-identical. We need to run OCR and identify the documents and list them on a word document.
Step 1 – Scan medical un-identical documents with OCR
Step 2 - Identify certain words like date, Dr.’s name, type of report, and phrase those in one sentence.
For e.g.
- MRI of right knee dated 08/15/2021 by Dr. John Smith
- Assignment of benefits form, dated 05/20/2021, Exact Orthomed Inc.
- Delivery receipt from Health and Comfort Rx Inc, dated 05/29/2021
