Machine learning project support

I have an upcoming machine learning project and need some guidance/teaching during the same. My experience in this field is limited and can use extra set of brain during the process. Looking for someone with practical experience in this domain to help.

Brief: Object parts detection in an image and measuring size of various parts after detection.
