Machine learning to predict a x,y coordinate path

I am looking for a developer who is familiar with machine learning and has skills in GAN
i will need to train a model from an existing data set of x,y,timestamp information from point a to point b
i will then need to be able to provide a point A and point B and it generate a path from the trained model
