Machine learning metabolism
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
My requirements are for a cloud based machine learning app, that analyses users data from a smartphone .The user enters their latest data which the machine learning app then stores the time and date of the data then sends a recommended value of a parameter that the user then applies to themselves. The app initially has to learn the users metabolism until its competent to suggest a value based on the latest and previous data. There must be very safe data storage on the server since this is individuals medical data that pharmaceutical companies etc would like to access but they can't be allowed to have! The system needs to scalable for a potentially very large number of users, so in summary
1) A server based machine learning app
2) A smart phone app that communicates with the machine learning app and this should be capable of running on a very low spec smartphone such as they have in Africa and other poor countries
3) Full data protection on the server
4) There will need to be a console to monitor the machine learning app so that information such as current number of users and current prediction accuracy can be looked at.
The intention is for the App to be available free and revenue can be achieved by advertising once it has proven itself.
A non AI Excel version of this app has already proven to be 80% accurate using only linear extrapolation , so a machine learning app would be almost certain to work and can be tested with currently available data
The App can be easily marketed using my social media channels .
There needs to be an initial beta version that only say 100 users can access to prove the functionality, then assuming this is achieved which is highly likely then it can be rolled out to unlimited users.
There is potentially a very large scope for this project since it must be available to users in most countries in the world so parameters like age, weight, country of birth, sex ,race etc may be included at a later stage.
The implementer of this project could either work on fixed price, T&M, or a combination based on advertising revenue profit sharing whichever they prefer.
The implementer must sign a full non disclosure agreement before they can be considered for this project.
