Machine learning and image processing project

In this project, products of same size, needs to be categorized according to their characteristics. The products have 7 characteristics which can be used for categorization. One of the characteristics is a small 0.5mm diameter hole, all the other characteristics can be classified through an image. Please reply with 'machine' in your proposal and people who have experience in industry level machine learning and image processing, bid on this project.
