Machine learning classification problem

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a classification problem using machine learning. My requirements are as follows – I need a machine learning model that is designed for classification, using text data. I have about 6000 entries with about 30 features, it is an imbalanced dataset, and I want someone to help me with the optimal way to handle the problem. The imbalances need to be handled in order to have a correct accuracy.
I also need the freelancer to write an essay about the data analysis and the eda, and for the results found from the machine learning model, how it performed etc. everything need to be in Python
